Cora Therapy

At CORA, our one-on-one ABA therapy is thoughtfully designed to provide individualized, evidence-based care in an engaging, child-centered environment. Every child receives a personalized treatment plan developed and overseen by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), ensuring therapy is tailored to their unique strengths, developmental needs, and family goals.

Our clinic was intentionally designed to support the way young children learn best. Children have access to spacious play areas that encourage exploration, movement, imagination, and meaningful social interactions, as well as dedicated learning environments where individualized instruction can be provided with minimal distractions. By balancing structured teaching with natural, play-based experiences, we create opportunities for children to learn and practice skills in ways that feel fun, motivating, and relevant to everyday life.

Throughout each session, our therapists focus on building functional communication, social engagement, play skills, independence, emotional regulation, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies and developmentally appropriate teaching methods. We believe learning happens best through meaningful relationships, engaging activities, and experiences that reflect real-life situations.

Because we specialize in early intervention for children ages 2–6, our programs are designed to build the foundational skills that prepare children for preschool, kindergarten, community participation, and lifelong learning. Every milestone is celebrated, and every goal is selected with the child's long-term success in mind.

Insurance & Military Families

CORA proudly partners with many of the region's leading insurance providers, including TRICARE, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare/Optum, and Aetna, helping make high-quality ABA therapy more accessible for families.

As a clinic serving the El Paso community, we are especially honored to support our military families. We understand the unique experiences that come with military life; including relocations, changing routines, and navigating healthcare systems and we're committed to providing compassionate, consistent care while making the therapy process as seamless as possible.
